Many brands boast about their high protein content, but what often surprises me is the issue of “false labeling,” which, astonishingly, is legal. Some products may advertise high protein but actually contain mostly sugar with minimal protein per serving. It’s crucial to read labels carefully to know exactly what you’re consuming, but I prefer making my own snacks. This way, I can control the ingredients and ensure they are truly high in protein.
